Auto Tech Solutions
Automotive technology and marketing platform for global dealerships.

Context
The problem.
Car dealerships were stitching together a DMS, an inventory feed, a marketing site, and an AI agent from four different vendors — paying four invoices, integrating four data models, and getting four support phone numbers. Auto Tech Solutions exists to be the one stack and one contract for everything a modern dealership needs to sell more cars.
Role
What I owned.
- Owned end-to-end product engineering — architecture, build, and deployment.
- Designed the editorial visual system and the marketing site that anchors the brand.
- Wired in the AI agent surface and the dealer-facing platform entry points.
- Set up the deployment pipeline and the per-region rollout across USA, UK, Canada, and EU.
Approach
How it came together.
One stack, one contract
The product proposition only works if a dealer can buy DMS, inventory syndication, AI search, and marketing as a single bundle. Architecture and pricing surfaces were built to reflect that — no separate logins, no separate billing, no separate support paths.
Editorial brand, technical product
Most automotive SaaS sites read like a 2014 enterprise pitch. The site reads like a brand — type-led, restrained, photographic — while still surfacing the dense product detail dealers need to evaluate the platform.
Built for four markets at once
Routing, copy, currency, and dealer-cohort data were all designed assuming USA / UK / Canada / EU from day one. Adding the fifth market is configuration, not engineering.
Outcome
Where it stands.
- 1,200+ dealerships in the active cohort across four regions.
- Single-vendor contract replacing 3–4 legacy SaaS stacks per dealership.
- 99.9% uptime target maintained since launch.
